Kitchen staff

Always with a smile and never short of a joke, the kitchen staff always ensure perfect service, providing varied, balanced and delicious dishes for the whole ship throughout the campaign!

The role of each member of staff is clearly defined: Frédéric, with the help of Jean-Baptiste and Florian, cook-up the menus and prepare lunch and dinner. Thursday is  special dessert day and on Sundays and bank holidays, we are pampered with a special gourmet menu!
In the dining room, Steven and Murielle waiter on the tables with their continuous sunny disposition. Steven and Frédéric manage the food stocks and prepare the orders for future campaigns. Murielle also manages all the tableware, linen (towels, sheets) and the cleaning of cabins and communal areas with the help of Paul: thank you all for taking such good care of us!
